Old Republic

It was the Knights of the Old Republic videogame which truly got me to love the star wars universe more than
ever before, given its incredible storyline, and it created a whole new universe set 4000 years before the
events of the movies within the established Star Wars universe

Set in a time period when the Republic is facing increasing advancment of the Mandolorians, they hope that the
Jedi will come to the Republic's aid. However, the Jedi council is only concerned with preventing the sith from
returning to the galaxy and does not see itself with a legitimate reason to enter this war.

And then came Revan, a young and powerful Jedi knight who wanted to stop the increasing destruction of the
Mandolorians, and so he gathered with him many jedi crusaders to support him and they went to war with the
Mandolorians under the banner of the Republic. So important and cool do I find Revan that he gets his own page.

After the Mandlorians are defeated, Revan and his apprentice Malak for seemingly unknown reasons return
with a massive armada, establishing a Sith Empire and going to war against the Republic. The Jedi and the
Republic eventually defeated the sith threat, and order was restored to the galaxy.
